Adrienne's artistic journey traces back to her childhood, where her innate creativity found expression through various mediums. She draws her inspiration from growing up on the prairies, the scenic beauty of Vancuver Island (where she’s lived for the past 20 years), her travels and often her imagination. Where going from a memory or looking at a photo, most of her creations start with a very quick line drawing. Usually, she’ll translate a small amount of that directly onto the canvas. Beyond that, there often isn’t a big plan. Following her intuition, the painting will take shape.
